Ryan Rabideau - CEO
With 10 years in Short Term Rentals building analytics teams, revenue management functions and growth tools he understands how important good data is and what tools it can build to give you an edge.
Ryan has built out portfolio management teams and supported growth at Vacasa from pre-IPO and 700 units to IPO with 35,000 units. He has spent time building pricing and iBuying programs for Long Term Rentals (LTR) and helped Elite Pacific/Gather launch their mainland growth.
Erik Kettenburg - CTO
With 12 years in Short Term rentals and Real Estate engineering, no one knows data in this space better than him. He understands the nuances to delivering the most consistent and comprehensive data sets available.
Erik built the technology and roadmap behind Vacasa, Zumbly, Rented, Portoro and has consulted with many large names in the space around data and engineering architecture.
